Nancy Schaefer’s fight against CPS, her murder, and the coverup.

There is a price to be paid to stand for truth and justice, and to speak for those who are defenseless and cannot speak for themselves. Senator Nancy Schaefer paid the ultimate price, which was her life along with the life of her husband, to stand up against evil. There was too much money at stake within the Children’s Protective Services (CPS) and her state of Georgia’s Department of Family and Child Services (DFCS), to allow her to change and/or eliminate the system.

For details about CPS (federal) and DFCS (Georgia) and the child kidnapping and sex trafficking business they engaged in and most likely are still profiting by to this day, please visit my last blog on this topic. This prior blog is predominately composed of an Alex Jones podcast with Senator Nancy Schaefer as his guest. I transcribed what I thought were the salient details from this podcast. GARLAND FAVARITO’S REPORT ON NANCY SCHAEFER AND BRUCE SCHAEFER DEATH

For an analysis on the murders of Nancy Schaefer and her husband Bruce, I found a valuable resource that one of her friends, Garland Favarito, has placed on the internet so that everyone could see the obvious errors within the investigation into her and her husband’s murder. This information can be found here:

The Political Vine, » Blog Archive » One Year Follow-up on the Death of Senator Nancy Shaefer & Bruce Shaefer

The report from Garland Favarito is titled: One Year Follow-Up on the Death of Senator Nancy Schaefer & Bruce Schaefer and the heading just below this title forms a nice summary of the case: “Schaefers killed with mysterious gun, GBI destroys evidence, closes suicide case.” This report was written a year after the alleged murder-suicide of the Schaefers because the case file summary was not publicly available right away. Garland studied this case file information soon after it was allowed to be viewed by the public, and he shares this information with us:

“The case file summary confirmed the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) original murder-suicide conclusion that Bruce Schaefer shot Nancy and then killed himself. The conclusion was based primarily on extensive suicide notes that contained specific instructions to the family and could have only been produced by Bruce or someone with firsthand knowledge of the family.”

The murder weapon.

“The Schaefers were not killed with the small caliber gun that the family knew they owned. They were killed with a high caliber, untraceable weapon that no family member had ever seen before. The weapon was originally shipped to a dealer in a remote part of southern Florida in 1982 and the ownership records have since been destroyed… The case file was unable to establish how the Schaefers, who lived in Georgia during the 1980s, acquired the murder weapon. It also contains no explanation as to why Bruce would not use the gun he already owned to commit the crime, but instead acquire another gun that just happened to be untraceable.”

The suicide notes.

“The final investigative summary cites the extensive, detailed suicide notes found at the scene as the most overwhelming evidence of suicide. But the case file shows that the GBI performed no handwriting analysis to authenticate those printed notes as originating from Bruce Schaefer. The multi-page, extensive suicide notes are also strange in the sense that there is no mention of the 13 grandchildren who Bruce loved so much. There are also oddities in the financial information included in the notes.”

The video.

“Most Georgians are unaware that the metro Atlanta area has been nationally ranked as the largest center in the country for child sex trafficking. Most are also unaware that Sen. Schaefer was a national leader in the fight against related child abuse and perversion in government run, Child Protective Services (CPS). The GBI was repeatedly informed that Nancy was wrapping up a video documentary, a possible book and other supporting references on the subject. She told friends that this work would expose corruption in Georgia’s Department of Family and Child Services (DFCS) and that several high profile, powerful Georgia politicians would be implicated. These people would have the means and incentive to prevent her work from being produced.”

Commentary: Garland did not say it, but these same people would have a definite motive for murdering Nancy and her husband Bruce. As the mafia saying illustrates: “Three people can keep a secret, as long as two of them are dead.”

The threats.

“The GBI was aware that Mrs. Schaefer had received threats and warnings as a result of her work. She had already begun taking security precautions. The information she collected was believed to be so sensitive that she could be targeted for professional assassination.”

“A former federal investigator I contacted told me that a double killing with an untraceable gun should have automatically triggered a normal murder investigation that would have considered all possible scenarios. But, in spite of the threats, Mrs. Schaefer’s high-profile work and the mysterious gun, the GBI made an immediate initial conclusion that the couple committed a murder-suicide. That severely limited the investigative scope of the case and caused many aspects to not be fully considered.”

Commentary: The GBI had their orders. When people with important positions tell those below them to jump, they will jump. Just as in Nazi Germany, the SS guards and all those who committed atrocities to their prisoners, their response to difficult questions as to why they did it was always: “I was just following orders.” As was seen in the prior blog, politicians have been paid off by the CPS. So have judges. Everyone down the line who benefits from this child kidnapping – sex trafficking business does not want the corruption of the law to end or the CPS money to stop flowing. The GBI and their investigators were just following orders.

Destruction of evidence.

“During the time from June to December 2010 individuals, including myself, filed open record requests for reports but the requests were denied because the case was still open. When Special Agent Whidby wrote the Final Investigative Summary in December of 2010, the GBI had destroyed all items that were seized or created at autopsy. They then completed closing the case in February of 2011 and made the file available.”

Commentary: Now that the evidence had been destroyed and they had their final report and their narrative to be issued to the press and those involved, the public was welcome to ask all the questions they wanted. But no answers were given to any of these difficult questions, other than “please refer to the official GBI case file.”

The old and new unanswered questions.

“One year later, the GBI investigation has not only failed to answer the initial questions that many friends of the family had but it has generated new questions that still beg for answers.

Q. If Bruce wanted to kill his wife and commit suicide, why would he buy another untraceable gun rather than use the one he already had?

Q. Why would Bruce, who was so highly supportive of Nancy’s efforts for decades, including her CPS/DFCS work, decide to kill her just at the peak of one of her most important works?

Q. Why would Bruce never mention the grandchildren he loved so dearly in the extensive suicide notes?

Q. Why would the GBI be unwilling to properly investigate and rule out the possibility of a professional assassination given the circumstances and high-profile nature of the case?”

Commentary: A question not included in this list: What happened to all of her notes, which included evidence of crimes committed by important people in the state, the book she was going to publish, and the video that had already been completed, but never saw the light of day?  All this incriminating evidence was likely destroyed with the rest of the evidence.

Conclusion.

“The limited investigative scope is appalling considering the high-profile circumstances surrounding the Schaefer’s deaths. Case file evidence mentioned in this report illustrates that the GBI was unwilling to investigate the case to the point where they could rule out professional assassination. They also destroyed all items seized or created at autopsy so now their actions can never be reviewed or questioned. Their conduct raises a legitimate question as to whether or not they could have been compromised or manipulated by officials implicated in former Nancy Schaefer’s documentary and materials. Their investigation may even become more questionable than the killings themselves.”

Commentary: Usually, in such circumstances, police files and the evidence must be preserved for a specific amount of time. According to a Google search, “… evidence for a murder investigation should be kept forever or until everyone involved is long dead.”  In Georgia this appears to have been interpreted for this case this as “… evidence for a murder should be destroyed before the public can see the evidence for themselves.”

Garland, thank you for such an inciteful representation of the facts of this case. And I would like to say: “Rest in peace, Nancy and Bruce.” But I do not think they will rest in peace as long as the Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services still is an ongoing child kidnapping – sex trafficking business hurting children and families nationwide.

NANCY SCHAEFER’S RECOMMENDATIONS FROM 2007

I would like to now turn my attention to recommendations by Nancy Schaefer to eliminate abuses and corruption within the system. These recommendations are found within her document “The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services,” which can be found here:

11-16-2007 THE CORRUPT BUSINESS OF CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVIC…

Recommendations:

  1. There should be open records for Child Protective Service and Juvenile Court proceedings. The confidentiality clause was meant to protect the children, but now it is protecting those who are harming children and breaking the law.
  2. There should be financial resources and incentives built into the system to keep families together, and not to tear them apart.
  3. Call for an immediate audit of the Department of Family and Children’s Services (DFCS-Georgia) to expose corruption and fraud.
  4. End financial incentives that separate families.
  5. Grant to parents their rights in writing.
  6. Mandate a jury trial where every piece of evidence is presented before removing a child from his or her parents.
  7. Require a warrant or a positive emergency circumstance before removing children from their parents.
  8. Uphold the laws when someone fabricates or presents false evidence. If a parent alleges fraud, hold a hearing with the right to discovery of all evidence.

Commentary: These were Nancy Schaefer’s initial recommendations to help protect the rights of parents and their children. She attempted to change the laws which would guarantee these rights. This was a popular cause and had the support of the people in her district and her state. Her bills and proposals were shot down quickly by those in the Georgia House and Senate, and were watered down so much by additional provisions from other lawmakers that by the time they got to a vote, the original intent of these documents were rendered meaningless and/or ineffective. The federal money which was flowing into the state had corrupted the lawmakers. They were no longer serving the people of the state, but were protecting the status quo, and defending CPS and DFCS which helped keep them in power and ride on this gravy train which federal dollars had provided. To this day, nothing much has really changed. We need to create more awareness to effect real change.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO CHANGE OR ELIMINATE THE CPS?

Ever since I have come upon this information concerning the abuses of children, the destruction of the family, the cruelty of the CPS system, and judges and lawmakers lack of regard for the Bill of Rights or The Constitution, I have come to some conclusions of my own. My conclusions relating to legal kidnapping, medical kidnapping, and parent’s rights can be found within my book “Louis Pasteur Condemns Big Pharma: Vaccines, Drugs, and Healthcare in the United States.” For more information regarding this book, please see link below:

LOUIS PASTEUR CONDEMNS BIG PHARMA: Vaccines, Drugs, and Healthcare in the United States: Heartland, Stephen

Although this subject of CPS, DFCS, and legal kidnapping appear to fall out of the realm of healthcare and more in line with law enforcement, they align closely with the problems I have found within the healthcare system called Medical Kidnapping.

Solution #3 in the book, if followed, would remove federal funding which enables Medical Kidnapping and Legal Kidnapping of children to take place. If there are no federal funds, then this takes away the incentives for states to kidnap these children, while at the same time it also takes away the federal incentives for drugging these wards of the state and foster children.

Nancy Schaefer first tried to change the system from within and include her fellow lawmakers. When she realized that this would not work because they were corrupted by the money and power which the CPS system provided to them and their states, she came to the realization that abolishing the entire federal CPS system as we know it was the only way this corrupt system, and all its attendant horrors, could be stopped. This could only be accomplished by stopping the federal money from flowing into the state’s CPS.

Nancy Schaefer found this removal of federal funding recommendation and its merit after she had written the recommendations noted above. Her conclusion in the final year of her life (2009-2010) and as noted on the Alex Jones podcast was that changing the system may not even be possible, and elimination of the CPS system and the federal monies involved was the best option for ridding ourselves of this entire corrupt empire of the CPS. This removal of the federal monetary incentives seems to be the best way of solving many of the existing problems which this system has caused, and it aligns with a solution I also am promoting. From my book Louis Pasteur Condemns Big Pharma:

Solution #3. PARENTS SHOULD DECIDE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THEIR CHILDREN. No drugs, vaccines, or medical procedures of any kind should be given or done to any child without the knowledge, approval, and consent of the parents or guardians of that child. No federal funding for children’s services within individual states for foster care or adoption should be allowed, as this violates the 10th Amendment of the Constitution, and encourages medical kidnapping by the states. Medical kidnapping by the state and their children’s health services due to a difference of professional medical opinion in health treatments for children should be disallowed. Doctors make mistakes. Therefore, one doctor’s diagnosis or opinion should never be considered enough evidence to take a child away from their parents. The parents/guardians, along with the advice of their own healthcare providers and not the state, shall determine what the acceptable treatment, if any, for any health condition present in their children should be. Parental rights and determination regarding children’s health treatment in cooperation with a licensed healthcare provider supersedes any local medical or governmental authority.

If this Solution #3 were passed and made into law, and federal funding was removed, legal and medical kidnapping of children within this country would come to a screeching halt, as federal funding incentives would no longer exist. Then it would be up to the states and their localities to devise solutions to the problems which affect children and families which may be in need of help. If these state laws regarding child welfare and “the best interests of the child” fell under the branch of state law and/or local law enforcement, which included due process of law, then the rights of parents and their children would be protected, and the Bill of Rights and the Constitution would be followed. And the federally funded system of the CPS would be no more.

The last wish of Senator Nancy Schaefer was to abolish the Child Protective Services and eliminate the federal funding to the states that made this whole rotten system possible and profitable to pedophiles, corrupt judges and politicians nationwide. Nancy, thank you for all your hard work, self-sacrifice, and service to the people of your state and country. Without you, we may never have known about this systemic corruption of the CPS, all the attendant horrors that it caused, or how to solve it. I pray that your wish may come true.
